The UK Register of Learning Providers is a 'one-stop' portal to be used by government departments, agencies, learners, and employers to share key information about learning providers. The UKRLP allows providers to update their information in only one place and share this across agencies such as, the Learning and Skills Council, the Careers Advice Service, the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and UCAS.
Since provider registration opened on 1st August 2005, the UKRLP has grown to over 20,000 providers. Each of these has been verified against a recognised external source and has been allocated a UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). This is the unique identifier used to share information with the UKRLP partner agencies.
The UKRLP does not quality assure or accredit in any way the learning provision of the provider.
To search for providers, enter a provider name (or part of it) and a postcode or town/city name. The 
next to the fields gives you more information on each of these search fields.
This portal allows you to view learning providers' contact details such as, legal address, website, and email address, and it provides a link to relevant information help by stakeholder agencies. For example, you can view the courses held within the Careers Advice Service.
The stakeholders participating in the UKRLP project require that learning providers with which they engage have a UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). To obtain a UKPRN for your organisation, use the 'Register' button on the left. If you need any advice, please contact our help desk on 0845 202 1600.
IMPORTANT: Registration on the UKRLP means that an individual or organisation has been verified against a recognised legal source. It is not an accreditation and provides no guarantee of quality learning provision. Any reference to UKRLP which may indicate endorsement, such as display of the UKRLP logo, is therefore forbidden.

Once you have access to UKRLP, you will be able to see those learning providers who wish to engage with your agency and you will be able to interact with them.
